Kim lives near Inverell with her husband Angus and their four children.  Kim and Angus are restoring their property using biodynamic and organic farming principles and run sheep and grow as much of their own food as possible.  Kim’s personal interests include sustainable agriculture, organic gardening, permaculture, travelling, bush walking and spending time with her family.

Kim has been working as a Rural Financial Counsellor in Inverell since 2004. She has a family farming background and extensive practical experience in agriculture and administration.  Kim has previously worked in the cotton industry, feedlot industry and a family farming business ( broad acre cropping). 

Kim’s tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Rural Science with Honours (UNE) and a Diploma of Community Services (Financial Counselling). Email Kim Deans
