Ray lives in Willow Tree, and is married with four children. He has a strong rural background including running a saddlery business.
He became a rural financial counsellor in 2007 and his previous work history includes five years as the Economic Development/Tourism Officer with Murrurundi Shire Council and three years as the Business Development Coordinator with the Australian Stock Horse Society.
Ray’s tertiary qualifications include an Advanced Certificate in Agriculture (CB Alexander Ag College), a Diploma in Agriculture (Tocal), a Diploma in Financial Services and a Diploma in community Services (Financial Cunselling.).
