ABARE's Outlook 2010 conference will be held in Canberra from 2-3 March.

Featured speakers ABARE is pleased to announce the following featured Outlook speakers
- In the keynote Economic overview session, delegates will hear from Murilo Portugal, International Monetary Fund, on the outlook for the world economy. He will be followed by Bill Evans, of Westpac, on Australia’s recovery profile in an uncertain world.
- The Grains session will hear from Tom Shenstone, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, on the Canadian experience in grain marketing.
- In the Sugar session, delegates will hear from Marcos Jank, from the Brazilian Sugarcane Industry Association (UNICA).
- Armelle Gruere, International Cotton Advisory Committee, will discuss the global cotton outlook in the Fibres session on Tuesday afternoon.
- The Future directions for trade policy session on Wednesday morning will hear from Robert Thompson, University of Illinois, discussing developments in US agricultural policies.
- And in the Meat session, delegates will hear from Jackie McArthur, McDonalds Australia.
